Warranty
All other goods sold are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from shipment. Some products may include a longer warranty period; please refer to product packaging or specification sheets for more detailed information. Other than this warranty, seller makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose or otherwise. The seller shall in no event be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or any kind, in contract, tort or otherwise. The seller’s liability and buyer’s exclusive remedy is limited to the replacement of non-conforming products or payment in an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the specific products for which damages are claimed at the option of the seller.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction and applicable law governed by and interpreted according to the internal laws of the State of South Carolina without regard to choice of law provisions. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts of South Carolina and the effectiveness of Service of Process by Certified United States Mail.
